How the Process Works
Students will complete the Morrisby Online assessment, which gathers objective information about their abilities and preferences, matching these with available opportunities. Following this assessment, each student receives:

- A one-on-one career counselling session with a qualified career practitioner
- Support in developing a practical career action plan
Parent Involvement
These counselling sessions take place during school hours on school premises. We strongly encourage parents to participate in these important conversations. Once the interview schedule is finalized, parents will receive an invitation to attend.
