• What inefficiencies are there that I could address?​
• Am I seeking solutions?​
• Am I researching the topic or finding resources?​
• Am I discussing the problem with others?​

Application – doing

• How will I learn what I need to?​
• What new processes will I develop and how?​
• What solutions will I create?​
• What research am I doing?​
• Am I making time for these tasks?​

Metacognition – troubleshooting/ reflecting/refining

• What obstacles am I encountering?​
• How can this be improved?​
• What is good/bad, etc?​
• How am I emotionally responding to these challenges?​
• How is my thinking impacting my efforts?​
