On Thursday 20 March during Pathways Week, Year 10 students will be participating in our Mock Interview program. Mock interviews enable students to become familiar with key interview questions, refine their answers and become more comfortable with the interview process.

In the lead up to Mock Interviews, students will be required to source a Job Ad for a realistic casual job and create a CV and cover letter. They were provided with the instructions for this process on Thursday 13 February. These are due by Thursday 27 February to the upload link they have been provided in their Year Level Team.

On the day of Mock Interviews, students will be allocated a booking with an interviewer. These interviewers are volunteers from Rotary or previous Nossal staff members/affiliates. Year 10 students are encouraged to dress in appropriate professional dress on this day. Whilst they are not in their interviews, they will be provided an academic careers program at school. Closer to the date, students and parents will be able to see the interview time on the student’s Compass schedule.
